100% Satisfaction Guaranteed - We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied with your PDG Summit Gear purchase, you can return it for a replacement or a full refund within 10 days of your purchase.
PDG Summit Gear warrants our product to be in new condition upon receipt and free from manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the original date of purchase. All returns must include an original receipt of purchase. Be sure to include; all original packing materials and accessories. Package the item along with all original packing materials and accessories and mail and return to our Corporate Address. You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back.
PLEASE NOTE: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
UV Damage (discoloration and brittleness cause tearing)
Elemental/Accidental Damage (wind, burns, fire, animal tears, personal abuse)
Improper care or use
Normal wear and tear
After-market design modifications
Each warranty item is processed individually. PDG Summit Gear will not pay for return shipping unless there was an error on our part. We highly encourage retaining all tracking information from the carrier as we are not responsible for lost inbound shipments. Please allow 2-3 business days for our response once we've received your return.
PDG Summit Gear will not replace or refund any of our products purchased through eBay sellers, Craigslist, Amazon, Etsy or any secondary re-sellers.
PDG Summit Gear only utilizes FedEx or UPS for order fulfillment. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays – for orders made on these occasions, we will process them on the next business day.
Please note that FedEx and UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
